Financial Contributions

FHN invites you to get involved with our mission by contributing financially. Why do we need your support? FHN seeks to provide care for the uninsured, underinsured, and for those at highest risk of experiencing poor health.

Each year, more than 17,000 people use FHN health centers for primary and urgent care. Currently, 16% of FHN’s patients have no form of health insurance, and 71% live below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Your donation is a commitment to help FHN provide health care to everyone in the communities we serve, regardless of ability to pay.

In recent years, community and foundation grants along with personal donations have helped provide new equipment for two of our health centers, improve patient educational materials, expand our Health Disparities Collaboratives, and purchase computer hardware and software that will enable FHN to upgrade to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Indeed, we are always looking for ways to improve our health care services and facilities. This is where you come in.
