The Cortland Office relocated to it's new home at 4038 West Rd (Rte 281), Cortland, NY in September 2010!

The Cortland Family Medical Office, originally opened September 19, 1994, and serves people of all ages. We welcome you to be a part of our family -- at this or any Family Health Network center. Our Doctors, Pediatrician, and Physician Assistants provide your whole family with comprehensive primary health care services including women’s health and OB.
