The Moravia Health Center relocated to it's new location at 23 Central Street, Moravia, NY in February 2011!

The Moravia Health Center, originally opened in June, 1994, and serves people of all ages. We welcome you to be a part of our family -- at this or any Family Health Network center. Our Doctor, and Nurse Practitioner provide your whole family with comprehensive primary health care services including women’s health and OB.
