FHN Health Services

Family Dentistry

Provides family dental care, including preventative care, restorative (fillings), extractions, and removable and fixed prosthesis (dentures/plates). All dental services are provided at the Groton Avenue Dental Clinic by our Family Dentistry Staff.

Sliding Fee

We offer a Sliding Fee program to qualified families. Download a Sliding Fee Application.

Assistance

We can help you enroll in other programs for low-income patients, such as Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, and Medicaid for Adults. Call our Facilitated Enroller at (607) 662-0381.
