FHN Health Services

Perinatal/PCAP Program

Provides the highest level of prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.  We provide comprehensive educational and support services as well as eligibility screening for PCAP - a financial assistance program for pregnant women.

We offer a Sliding Fee program to qualified families. Download a Sliding Fee Application.

Assistance

We can help you enroll in other programs for low-income patients, such as Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, and Medicaid for Adults. Call our Facilitated Enroller at (607) 662-0381.
