Payment Policies

Family Health Network of Central New York, Inc. (FHN) welcomes all patients regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. We participate with most major insurers, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please bring your insurance card with you for every visit. We also offer a Sliding Fee Program for all eligible patients. You are responsible for paying for non-covered services, co-payments or unmet deductibles in full at the time of your visit. Payment in full is also expected at the time of your visit if FHN does not participate directly with your insurance plan. At the time of your visit, you may pay by cash, personal check, or credit card – Master Card, Visa, or Discover.

Payment Assistance Programs

FHN wants you to get the health care you and your family need. We offer assistance through our Sliding Fee Program that matches the cost of your care with your ability to pay based on your income and household size. For more information call (607) 753-3797.
