Homer Family Practice opened June 23, 2025, and serves people of all ages, while also specializing in pediatric and OB/GYN care. Our Pediatricians, OB/GYN, Advanced Practice Providers, and LCSW can provide comprehensive primary health care services, along with women’s health, OB/perinatal, and behavioral health services. All are accepting new patients! FHN has recently opened it’s Same Day Access schedule for Family Health Network patients!
